Carolyn was very accommodating. She had the shrimp replaced (overcooked the 1st time) and recommended combining the appetizer with another so I got to try both, at no extra charge.

The shrimp and chicken were served in tasty sauces, but not cooked properly. Shrimp was hard (undercooked), and chicken was hard too (probably overcooked). We were not asked how we liked the food until the meals were largely eaten, so we didn't complain.

From the greeting we received when we entered to the service by our most delightful and efficient waitperson, our experience was very pleasing. Also, the food was very enjoyable with many incredible selections.

The service was awesome with experienced staff. Really enjoyed the options on the large menu. I had the special of "Texad omelette" with chili onion and jalapenos on top. I recommend this dish.

The waiter was slow. Took forever for him to come back to refill drinks and that was only because he was flagged down by us. Food was too expensive for the value.

Victor's has an extraordinary variety of foods, from breakfast any time to sandwiches, soups, salads, appetizers, full meals. The food is always delicious and they have some of the best people working there. We've been going to Victor's for years and it's one of our favorite restaurants that has given us wonderful family memories and gatherings.

It did not take long to seat us, however ordering was stressful, and had to wait a while before we received our drinks and food. A whole 2 hours in waiting, and only took 30 mins to eat.

It took about 35 minutes to get a table. Many people came in after us and were seated almost immediately. There were 2 large tables that were empty, but no one was cleaning tables. Finally, I asked how much longer we would have to wait. They then finally seated us, but waited over 5 minutes to greet us and get our drink order.
