The waiter I think if the most professional was not available. All else was great.
The waiter was knowledgeable and friendly and the service was excellent. The food was very pleasing to look at and tasty. The dessert was also excellent.

Service was excellent. Food was very good. It was a bit noisy at lunchtime; could barely hear each other speak. A less busier time than noon, perhaps, a little earlier or later would have been a better choice for a quieter atmosphere. Nice place! Classy! Will definitely eat there again!

The service at The Back Burner is top-notch. The food is very good as well. There are a couple of very minor things that take away from a really outstanding experience, but nothing to keep me from returning again and again. I highly recommend you give these guys a try!
As usual, the food was excellent. A friend and I stayed there over 3 hours catching up with each other. The waitstaff were polite with us, and never made us feel unwanted.

We went for lunch and you receive a nice size meal for the price. The price may seem a little high when you look at the menu; however you receive a salad, another side, bread and entree. The food was seasoned just right. We are definitely going back!
Excellent food a bit on the upper crust side of things, but good value as well for the type of food you are being served.
Food good; Lobster Bis disappointing,Lamb Rack superb/med.Sea scollops excellent. Service --no bread with Bis and salad. Ask for more bread with meal never got it.

The menu is eclectic, the service is spot on, and the prices are reasonable for the experience. This is my favorite special occasion restaurant in Macon.

The seafood dishes we had were prepared perfectly--a rare occurrence in this area, where fried fish prevails. The server was pleasant and efficient. The atmosphere was reminiscent of neighborhood bistros in France.

It was fine. The atmosphere is a little less comfortable than we would have liked. Maybe the chairs could be better. It's very open too. Not as cozy as expected.

My husband and I have eaten there for lunch many times over the years. I took my friends from NY there for a Mexican experience. I can honestly say we've had better. The service was really good, however, the food wasn't as great as we were used to.
