Good was very good... Nice environment
The music at the bar was loud and overflowed into the dinning room.
Bread and dipping sauce were cold. Food is always good but $23.50 for 3 scallops and 5 shrimp is a stretch. Lotsa rice, not much of the good stuff.
You can’t go wrong at Stefano‘s wether you want a nice dinner or a sandwich or pizza. The service is always great the atmosphere is cozy and we just love Stefano’s!

Stefano's is the only place where we can dine and all of the food on the plate is hot. Other places seem to plate ahead of time and then some of it is cold when it arrives to us. Not Stefano's. If it's to be hot, it's hot. Love it.
The food is always hot when it arrives at the table. Never sets in the kitchen like at some places. Always tasty.

WITH JUST A SMALL NUMBER OF CHEAP REFINEMENTS SUCH AS TABLE CLOTHS AND MORE AMBIENT LIGHTING AND PERHAPS LOW BACKGROUND MUSIC ALONG WITH THE ALREADY REAL FIREPLACE, THIS DINING ROOM COULD BE UNBELIEVABLE AND BE SO MUCH MORE INVITING.THE FOOD IS OUTSTANDING, BUT THE PRICES MATCH THOSE OF OTHER RESTAURANTS WITH SO MUCH MORE TO OFFER AS FAR AS APPEARANCE AND DINING EXPERIENCE. I JUST DON'T GET IT.

I am an eggplant parm lover and I found it to be tough to cut, the ends dried out and probably the worst eggplant dish and I have tasted that dish at most of the Italian restaurants in the Lehigh Valley.
The coupon was accepted without a hassle, the place was very clean and the host/waitress was excellent also. The food was great and I ate food I normally don't eat while my wife watched with a smile! We will return again.

I expected a tablecloth. Did not appreciate eating off utensils that had to be left on the tabletop between courses. Even inexpensive diners provide a placemat for your utensils. There were sand particles in my seafood pasta.

Service was fine but the food was cold, undercooked pasta (not even aldente), no sauce on pasta and chicken was very dry and not tender at all. Got 2 pieces of chicken parm and only 1 piece had cheese and sauce on it and that was actually the only sauce on the plate. Nothing on the pasta and there were carrots on the plate that were very hard. Couldn't even break with a fork.

I had two pork chops for $18 special. Worst meal I ever had there. Meat was very tough to cut, and harder to eat. Never get this again there. All other meals were good, service was excellent.

We were a large group but it was very noisy in there - hard wood floors and high ceiling.

The calamari was poor, hardly any rings and soggy after asking to have them crispy. Asked for the risotto without the shrimp, just vegetable, still charged 20 dollars. I could feed a family of 5 for 8 dollars doing risotto with vegetable. Server was very nice.

We wanted to sit in the bar area for a later dinner(8:00 PM) but the music was too loud to hold a decent conversation without having to almost yell. We passed on sitting in the dining room and sat outside on the front porch area. This area could use some sprucing up and it was also a bit loud due to car/truck traffic but certainly quieter than in the bar area. Food and service were excellent and will go back.

The salad was very attractive and delicious, the homemade bread and dip was excellent, and the Pasta Bowl with meat sauce was just right.
I had completed this survey earlier but I forgot to add that my shrimp was so fishy, I couldn't eat it. I like seafood but this was awful. I would like to add this comment to my previous survey for Stefano's. The whole evening was a disappointment for an anniversary and birthday meal.
The dining room was FREEZING.Even my husband was cold and he NEVER gets cold. The table behind us talked so loud that we didn't talk because we would have yell over the woman. Did I mention that this was our anniversary. Just a few minutes after we got the salad, the entrees came. We were taken back. The waitress said the manager was cooking and he likes to get the food out. Obviously, with no thought to the diners in his restaurant. I lost my appetite and when we got into our car, my husband said his chicken wasn't cooked and his potatoes weren't cooked. So much for a nice special meal.
The chicken special was EXCELLENT, seafood lasagna just ok, but overall your chicken dishes are so great - improve some shrimp meals with same sauces/sun dried tomatoes maybe??

Our server wrote nothing down so she had to come back and ask questions because she forgot what we ordered . I had to tell her twice she forgot to bring my drink. I ordered eggplant parm and she brought out chicken parm. The eggplant parm was all breading no eggplant. Instead of taking off our restaurant.com coupon off for 25 they took off the parm so we paid 9.00 more. We just wanted to leave so we didnt say anything. Honestly she wouldnt have understood anyways and then she said her fiance was the cook go figure.

Food was very good. Service was okay - did not like that the server stacked the plates with our salads on her arm on top of each other with the fresh salad touching the bottom of the other plates. A bit too much noise came in from the bar into the dining (need a door or some partition to reduce the noise).

The food was very good but you did not get as much when compared to other Italian restaurants in the area. I was disappointed because I later realized the description on the menu did not match what I was served. I never expected carrots & potatoes with the Chicken Saltimbaca - preferred pasta. But it was very tasty just the same. Dining room was very noisy from loud voices in the bar. We sat by a door used by the employees and even though we were the only couple left in the dining room, it felt like Grand Central Station with employees going back and forth. It was not a relaxing meal. Also, server never asked if we would like more bread... never offered water with our drink. We will return but it will be for lighter fare.

Salad was lousy - few greens, mostly white part of lettuce. Use some colorful greens. And make sure they are dry - salad plate had a pool of water. Really disappointing. Would have been nice if bread was warm and fresh pepper was offered for salad. Entree was very good. Dessert...only 3 choices were left. NOT Good! Server didn't ask if we wanted dessert or coffee. We may come here again, mostly because of the proximity to our home.

The meal was excellent and the dining room was beautiful, the only drawback is that the bar is right next to the dining room and it was very loud,i.e music, tv's blasting. A wall separating the two areas and some softer music/Italian music would have created a more pleasing atmosphere to dine, but we would return because the food was top notch!

I had noticed it while driving on 329 and was curious. It surpassed my expectations and those of my friends. We all agree that whether separate or together we will definitely go back.

Ravioli was diner quality, service was extremely slow and impersonal. Server didn't bring bread until requested even tho it was supposed to come with meal. Server never asked how food was. Ran out of beverages and never offered refills. Very disappointing and upset the server got an automatic 18%. Will never return.

my wife's meal was very good but I received a meal different from what I ordered. The kitchen really "messed-up".

The major spelling mistakes and grammer errors on the menu, the burnt bread with our cold mozzarella app and the distracted waitress made for a poor dining experience. We eat out often and always take home left overs, except for last night, it just wasn't worth the fridge space for food more boring and bland that I can make at home for much cheaper.

We frequently order take out pizza from Stefano's. The certificate gave us an opportunity to eat at the restaurant since we can't afford to eat out very often.

your bread dipping sauce was not as good as it usually is. It appeared to be like salsa tonight, not too good. I prefer the spices and olive oil better.

Food was good, as always. Unhappy with the meal pacing. Dinner came before we had a chance to enjoy salad, bread, and cocktail. Didn't accept an American Express gift card, even though they do accept American Express. Why would you NOT?! Bad way to end a dinner out.

Hostess and other staff were very friendly and nice. Our particular waitress, not so much. Needed to be reminded of basics...bread, parmesan cheese (after she already asked if we wanted some). Generally, not a pleasant attitude.
The only reason we will not go back is the noise factor. We are in our 50's, non-drinkers, and did not like the excessive bar noise in the dining area. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable visit.

We have driven by literally hundreds of times on our way to visit family and friends, but never decided to stop in. I am so glad that we did! This was truly a dining experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was entirely charming and added to the experience. This was a great way to "test out" a restaurant without breaking the bank. We will definitely go back to Stefano's.

We like Stefano's but it just never is quite "great". The main dining room is beautiful but it isn't intimate. The room is very loud. There was a large party having a good time, so we asked to be seated outside, so that was nice. But the outside seating seems so "thrown together" with plastic tables and chairs. Our waitress was nice, but again, didn't seem equal to the "fine dining" experience I think the owners are aiming for. In my opinion it wouldn't take a lot of effort to go from "OK, but kind of expensive" to "Kind of expensive, but worth it".
We usually sit at the bar to eat at the Northampon location and the bartender (Ed) is always friendly and accomodating.

The food was good however it took nearly 45 minutes to get food after ordering. It was after 8pm and there were only two other couples in restaurant at the time. Very slow service!
