As a 1st time guest, no one greeted me at the door or told me they would take my order at the table. I ordered and paid at the register. The practiced Social Distancing with the dining in parties. The food was great and the wait staff was nice.
It was very cold in the restaurant and ceiling fans on maximum. Too breezy.

Great service. Calamari was excellent- lightly crusted, not greasy at all, tasty dip. Greek salad was very good. Nice place to talk and no rush to leave.
The food was delicious (love the Mediterranean salad), and the server was very kind and attentive.

Love the pizza.Blows away other pizza places. Has flavor and great crust. Service is fabulous. Melissa is very people oriented & has high expectations to be sure each & every customer is satisfied to the max. Very pleasant & friendly.professional. First discovered Russo's by meyerland. Service is minimal. Tried Russo in Sugarland thru restaurant.com. What a HUGE difference in service and customer appreciated.
Pizza here is one of the best in the area...with a variety of speciality ones to chose from with grilled chickens and veggies..my fav....crust, crispy and just right

Our server Cole, was extremely nice and polite. On all our dining experiences at Russo's, the wait staff have been extremely nice.
Well, the young guy helping me told me Med pizzas were $14.. he failed to tell me that it would be $1.99 for anything other than cheese on it.. it was extremely hot in the restaurant, so I probably won’t go back until the winter!

We always get the same pizza and it always taste the same, which is excellent. This time, something was different. I asked if something had changed and was advised there was a new chef who was cooking that day. Same ingredients, etc, but did not taste the same. Crust was different and was tough, couldn't cut. Toppings didn't have the same flavor. I did not like it and I always love the pizza.

Lots of things over three different visits. Every time, the calzones bread was burned. The eggplant parm...it was really hard to find any eggplant, we actually picked through it and did not find any, the chicken parm's chicken was very tough and also burned, things just all tasted burned and way overcooked. The drink refills were filled on top of the old drinks and not poured out first, so they were all watery.

Always freshly baked and the soups are good servers are always one the page
Server was very attentive and polite. Owner came by to chat, and treated us just like long-time friends. Wish this restaurant was closer to the house because I would be there much more. Food and atmosphere are very good! Love this restaurant!!!

PIZZA WAS EXCELLENT. WE ASKED TO ALLOW OURS TO STAY IN OVEN 5 MORE MINUTES AND IT WAS PERFECT. DAVID OUR WAITER WAS SUPERIOR. HE NEVER ALLOWED MY GLASS OF TEA GO EMPTY. PLEASANTLY GREETED US. DID NOT SMOTHER US WITH ATTENTION, BUT DID NOT ALLOW US TO WANT FOR ANYTHING. ONE OF THE BEST WAITERS I HAVE EVER HAD.
The owner walked around and introduced himself and welcomed customers. Food was very good and wait staff too.

Enjoyed the family atmosphere and the food. Service was a little slower than usual but a cook may have been missing.
We tried their Greek pizza this time and it was delicious! There was a little bit of a wait, as they do a lot of carryout orders, but it was worth it.

serving size/portions was the right amount but the spaghetti and lasagna was bland. bread was like thin slices of toast with no garlic, olive oil or butter. relaxing atmosphere with relaxing music, not crowded at 4:00 PM. Since it was our first time may try Russo's in our area with better reviews.

The restaurant was very accommodating with our Christmas luncheon. The food was excellent and the service was fast. It is very helpful to have the owner working at the pizzeria.
Ask Ben is he has anything special when you're there. If so, you can try a dish not on the menu. Always excellent food and service.
We were familiar with the area where this place was at however if another customer wasn't it would be difficult to find because the light sign said New York Pizza. Only when you park in front of the door they have a small sign Russo's

When I called for directions, the person didn't know where they were located. He told me what businesses were next to him. That didn't help since I didn't know the area.

i HAVE BEEN TO OTHER RUSSO'S NEW YORK PIZZA. SOME WERE GREAT AND SOME WERE NOT SO GREAT. I THINK THE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS A LITTLE WORK.

Food are very bland.We ordered 2 kind of sandwiches both tasted the same which were very bland. Pizza crust was good, again not enough pizza sauce to give any taste. The quality of ingredients was good. Need to add more taste to the food.
