The food was fantastic! I ordered online and the gentleman who took my order was friendly, helpful, and courteous. It was easy to use a Restaurant.com certificate I had for take-out during coronavirus.

Hostess was nice. Food was bland, not very tasty at all.
The food was good and the service was good. The thing that turned me off was the server went outside several times while waiting on us and he didn’t wash his hands when he came back in. Our pizza was ready and he came back in set his phone down and grabbed our food and then brought us plates and when I mentioned it he became upset and wanted to argue that there was nothing wrong with that.
The service was fine but the fettiucini pasta cream sauce was runny and the salads were drowned in water. My friends baked lasagna was tasty though
This place is the best! Everything was perfect!! As in so good. I will never buy pizza from anywhere else.
he was very nice and helpful.. even walked around the corner counter to hand me my food instead of over the counter. restaurant was clean and tidy. no loud music blaring like a lot of places. nice experience.

Service was prompt, food arrived hot, and tadted very yummy. I did order apple pie, but next time I will not be doing this. The pie was lacking flavor and texture.
The hostess was very pleasant and efficient, smiling all the time, checking on us and overall gave us first class treatment.
The server was quick to offer suggestions about packing part of my order to go, and was very cheerful.

Customer service was friendly but they forgot my slice of apple pie. I went in and ordered to go. The wait wasn't long. Ordered shrimp linguine and the baby shrimpies were a joke. Also ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was super bland.
1st time, service was great; however on 05032017 service was fair and food not as good as last weeks.

Service was slow and inconsistent, my wife and children weren't offered a beverage,then they forgot half of our party with plates, then only received 5 napkins (we had a party of 8). The food was great as always, just a little disappointed in the service this time around.

The pizza was REALLY skimpy in the meat department. I can't imagine ordering extra meat, because it would probably mean they would add only a very small amount of extra ingredients.

We had a 3 year old who is a fussy eater. They helped us and prepared something special for her. We also had two elderly people with us who needed a little extra attention and the staff was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We drive from a distance to eat at Romios - the Restaurant.com program makes it worth our while. We are sad to see that Romios is now only offering a $50 gift certificate to purchase. We likely will not be eating here as often as we have been anymore.
Everything was great, But I don't like the idea of having very young ladies deliver pizzas. Seems potentially dangerous. This practice needs to stop.
It took over 30 minutes to get the appetizer.
We chose take out option. Since we had a small group of people we were serving they packaged our food buffet style which was very nice and above and beyond in our opinion. Way to go!!

What can I say, with the $25 Restaurant.com certificate I paid $4 for off a $37.50 purchase for two, we got their tortelini and pasta free eggplant/chicken/mosterella plates [includes salad] with two bowls of their homemade soup...

Great pizza! We had the GASP and chopped salad. The salad was mediocre, could have used more meat. Really appreciated the bowl of pesto they brought--super yum points there! Good service--fast and pleasant. We'll return.

Delicious food and, because it was during lunch, a great price. With the gift certificate, four people had a complete meal, including drink, salad and desert, for $20.
The food is excellent as is the service. Only problem is that it is difficult to find a table that is not in a draft. It gets cold when customers open the door!

Food was great as usual but the dining experience was adversely affected by all of the diners in the restaurant being able to hear an employee being yelled out in the kitchen (for about 8-10 minutes!)

The pizza was very good and the service is friendly. One criticism: the menu says that their Margherita pizza uses fresh mozzarella cheese, but really it is the same cheese that is on all of the pizza (not the soft fresh cheese you would get on a caprese salad). Tip: if you like garlic - get the garlic crust (extra 75 cents) and/or roasted garlic cloves put on your pizza - yum!
My calzone and the side sauce was cold.The server brought out our order in separate trips and we figured the pizza was coming last- but it never came. When we finally got his attention, he told us that he had forgotten it. It apparently had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes. It was of course cold! We asked to have it reheated, but it still wasn't the same great tasting cheese pizza that we are accustomed to at Romios.

The food was EXCELLENT! Husband ordered the House Pizza and I got Chicken Marsala, which was sooooo gooood! The waiter was a little too 'relaxed' and engaged in watching a war movie on the tv, but was a nice guy.
Was told that appetizers were half-priced because we were there at Happy Hour, but were charged full price when we used restaurant.com gift certificate to pay the bill. Isn't that unethical bait and switch? Why not simply announce before taking orders that it's Happy Hour pricing for everyone but restaurant.com clients?

The marinara sauce is inconsistent. Sometimes looks homemade and other times comes out of a can. We really like the sauce with big basil leaves! Please use this instead of canned. Thanks

Former Cucina Cucina site. Lacks atmosphere but a great menu, great food, great people. Never disappointed. Having the certificate was just a bonus.

Overall the food was great except the canneloni was crunchy. It took a long time for food to arrive and we had to ask for garlic bread when our salads were almost gone.
