We eat in and take out from Riley and Jake's fairly regularly. The food is great quality and the people who work there are friendly and welcoming. Always a great experience.
Service is great. Order comes quick. No matter what you order, it is consistently good and always arrives hot and ready to eat.

This was my first time using restaurant.com and the rules were not clearly stated prior to ordering the gift cards. was not aware the maximum amount I could use per setting at this establishment was $10 per visit per month. I will likely dine at another restaurant with higher certificate value to use up my remaining credits and then not use the web site again.
We love Riley & Jakes and have been going there since they opened. My only feedback is they need an upgrade to their restaurant most notably their rest rooms. With some many new eateries coming into the area I hope they keep up with the trends because we truly love the company and have met great people over the years.

I ate in the bar area and had my usual sandwich roast beef. Bar tender was terrific and the bar area was a little loud, but your in a bar so expect it. And the lunch perk is good also.

We love the warm, friendly and casual atmosphere. We think their wings are the best!! They have added gluten free things to the menu and have specialty desserts once in awhile. And the Apple pie Friday night was AWESOME!

We are often seated in a booth by the window. Although it could be nice, the windows are dirty and it does not make me feel comfortable to eat there.
When I placed my order I didn't ask for fries because I really didn't want them But then when the waitress said to me sweet or regular? I just assumed they came with my lunch. When the bill came ,obviously they didn't What she should have asked " Do you WANT fries with that?" because

Our waitress, Denise (same name as mine!) was efficient, friendly, and nice overall. Food was prepared very well and came out in good time. They no longer had the wine I ordered, but replaced it with a lovely one! My husband and I enjoyed our dinner experience there immensely!

We have a drink and share and appetizer and dinner, perfect! We use our restaurant certificates but usually go to this establishment twice a month.

I have been here twice with two completely different experiences. Service was much better on the weekend. I especially enjoyed organic chicken breast on the menu but didn't find it when we retuned a month later.

We were seated in a small separate room opposite the bar. The bartender was our server. Since she also had to bartend the service was very slow and we were not checked on often enough to meet our dining/drink needs. My dish was a corned beef panini sandwich.The the corned beef was very tough and chewey. I would not order again. We go there once or twice monthly and usually have a good experience.I hope this was an exception.

My wife and I enjoyed a lunch at Riley & Jake's. She had the Pulled Pork Sandwich and I had Montreal Roast Beef Wrap. Both portions were plentiful and perfectly made. I particularly enjoyed the rare beef in my wrap - fresh and delicious.

The 3 of us enjoyed our Friday night out. The service and food were wonderful. My sushi grade rare seared tuna was perfect, and the chicken & sausage gumbo soup was awesome! We will definitely be back. It is a little bit of a drive, but worth it!

Food was good! The two women bartenders last night were probably the worst I've experienced. Both were weak servers, inattentive, and overwhelmed. A manager should never schedule 2 weak bartenders together. Especially on a Saturday night. You couldn't even get their attention when you needed something and they didn't make eye contact. They were clueless!!

Made a reservation for a booth in the back but was given one in the front. There was a family with kids in the next booth and the kids were being very disruptive. Perhaps the booths can be reserved for couples and the back room with tables could be for families???

The apps were good wings, French onion and shrimp skewer special . The pork chop dinner , veg rissoto dinner and salad were horrible !! Pork chop was dry and non exsistant the risotto was like soup and the salad was sub par. Our waitress was the only redeeming quality of the experience .

Our party was celebrating a belated Father's Day, and once again we had a great meal. We ordered 2 chop salads to split. For the main course, we had fish and chips, wasabi tuna, crab cakes and fried clams. On the way out we were offered a home made chocolate chip cookie to take for the road. Chicken was raw and when we ordered a replacement meal, it was served well after the other meals so one person either ate alone or three ate cold food. We opted for the prior rather than the latter. He was still charged for the replacement meal.

The service was good until the restaurant started filling up. Then we could not even get our drinks filled and the manager had to step in. He was very nice.
My son's adult burger came with Russian dressing all over it, which was not indicated on the menu and he dislikes any condiments, so scraping it off still left a taste of it. Also, my daughter's children's chicken fingers were tiny and very crisp, overcooked. A very small portion, even for a child's meal.

The server was very pleasant. The atmosphere was nice. Good place to bring family. Food was good and the onion straws are yummy!
The sausage & chicken soup was fantastic. We all enjoyed our entrees. We will return with friends. Great food at reasonable prices.

This was our first time at Riley and Jakes...and our last! We ordered fried calamari that were as small as my cherrios that I had for breakfast. Not fresh, somethinh fried out of a bag. Mashed potatoes were claimed to be homemade, but appeared and tasted like instant. Spare Ribs had no taste but was covered to lots of sauce. I could have had a better dinner at Burger King!
Bartender was great, food was good. LOUD in the bar but in defense of the restaurant, there was a birthday party going on.
In our party of eight we tried 7 different entrees, and everything was delicious. Especially good were the crab cakes, apple cider chicken, and the ribs. We are already planning to come back to try some other entrees! Thanks for a great meal.

We enjoyed our dinner last night. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. We were very impressed by the service as we were a large party with a small child. We definitely recommend Riley & Jake's

I like that you can catch every NFL game. I just wish it was not just in the bar area. I would have sat in the bar and have my meal but I had my 7 year old daughter with me and felt it wasn't appropriate to have her in the bar area. Otherwise....food was great, service was alittle slow on getting refills on drinks but understandable because it looked very busy and short staffed.
Everything was great.. the food, the atmosphere and the service. We will definitely be going back!
