Some food selections good others not so good. The staff is friendly but sometimes behind with your order when the takeout is hopping so expect slow service on Fridays and Saturdays. Overall prices are reasonable and okay for a quick dine out family meal.

The food and service was excellent- nothing to improve on there. The dining area though could use some TLC- new paint, new upholstery and pictures on the walls would go a long way to making the customers feel they were having a pleasant dining out experience.
The servicer was very pleasant. They rushed the salad out before the appetizer. the bread came after the entrée arrived. the Chicken in the Chicken Parm was extremely hard and the Vegetable primavera was drowned in sauce.
The "restaurant" looked dirty. It probably wasn't but the booths had very big rips in the cushions that made the place look shabby. All four in our party ordered the sam meal and we all agree that the food was very bland tasting and not what we expected.
Very uncomfortable table. No breathing room. Very tight fit! Waitress brought warm salad. Appetizer came 5 minutes later and within 5 minutes, our entree. We were definitelty rushed. Although there were empty tables, waitress said they were expecting a crowd, which never came. We won't be back!

They need to revise the prices on their menus. Veal parmigiana was $17.50 on the menu and on the bill it was $17.99. When we questioned it, the waitress said oh we need to revise our menus. Do we need to make a scene??

The chef cuts the spagetti in half when he cooks it. Told the waitress but still cut it.

There is a slight odor in the place and the booth seats all have wide and long rips which have not been cover with any tape.

Soup & French fries were great. Service was less than desirable & they weren't even busy. Ordered a panini & received a pita sandwich. Was supposed to have chicken, cheese, mushrooms & broccoli. Mushrooms were canned & the broccoli was basically non-existent.

When a tray was dropped, it took 30 minutes for staff to clean up and disrupted our entire dinner. 5 people to clean up and they lingered in dining area with mops and rags. Food was excellent but I would never bring guests there again.

1 hour 20 minutes to wait for apps which came out the same time as dinner.Pasta Fagioli was too thick and not like a soup at all.Apps were barely warm - must have been forgotten.Red sauce tasted like it was out of a can.Has gone downhill. Seems like no one cared.

Waited an hour for appetizers.The Calamari smelled, the parmesean/garlic fries were floating in grease, you could squeeze the grease out of the garlic knots.The pasta was very al-dente, the kids meals were greasy.

The waitress who served us upstairs apparently wasn't happy about going up and downstairs. When asked about specials she indicated the list was downstairs and rattled off what she recalled. She served salads on top of our appetizers and then brought the main dish without clearing the table so our food was left on the adjourning table. There was another waitress wearing shorts that didn't seem to have the same problem and also a waiter(don't recall his name but he's been there a long time). Both attempted to help out. We will never eat upstairs again - service is a "BIG" issue. If this had been our first visit (in spite of the excellent food), it would have been our last.

our waitress Allison was the worse i have ever had and i am sorry i left her a tip. She never smiled and i ask for Garlic Bread which i paid for and didnt get it until after the salad and meal then it came she kept saying it is coming. her service was terrible they should fire her.

used to be my favorite local spot. The pizza is very good but lately everything else has been hit or miss. My favorite used to be the hot wings but last time they were raw. Time before that they were dry and crunchy. Burger last month was great which prompted my return today. Bun was stale, peppers & pickles were withered, meat was too pink and cool. I guess it depends on who is cooking that day.
Our area of the restaurant was cold and drafty and restaurant made no attempt to correct the problem.

The food was great! We had wings, garlic knots, barbecue chicken pizza and a sausage pizza. Everything, including the service was excellent! The place was packed, so it took a little longer than usual to get our order.
There was too much garlic on my pizza and cover all the other taste and too much sauce on the chicken wings. Personally I didn't like my experience but who had hamburgers find them very good. The girl that serve us was very nice and professional.

Didn't go as good yesterday as other visit, as I had chicken francese and discovered lots of lemon pits in my food and when I showed this to my server he said he will have to mention it to the cook and they didn't nothing else about this, leaving me stuck with this dish so I had to pick all the lemon pits out of my food so I could eat it without eating those or breaking a tooth or worse. Also the sauce on my husband's dish was heavy and thick (very saucy), not much flavored.

We ordered take out to be delivered. There was some confusion regarding use of the coupon for delivery but it was soon fixed. Food arrived in an hour. Was cold but okay quality. Have to provide a larger portion of salad dressing and dressing for wings as the small cup provided was certainily not enough. Delivery fellow was friendly and courteous as usual.

well i like this place and we go there often. Usually everything is great but on this occasion things just seemed overcooked. we had pizza fries and the fries on the edge of the plate were over crisp and very hard. also had a pizza and part of the crust was black and inedible. the place wasnt busy at all so i didnt see why the food was overdone or left under the heat too long

Our server, Dawn was very helpful with her reccomendations. Service was well timed and pleasant, portions were generous, and the food was delicious. We had fried ravaoli and fried fresh mozzarella bruscetta for appetizers (thank you Dawn for suggesting the balsmic, yum) and the chef, Walter, did a fantastic job on our entrees (chicken Marsala and Chicken Parm)and we left with enough leftovers for another meal and great tips on how to reheat them so they'll be just as good. They gave me a hard time about putting pasta on the side and then charges me an additional $2.00 for the sauce. The waitress never mention that there would be an additional charge. She also had quite an additude about it all.

This had to be the worst dining experience i have ever experienced. the girl who waited on us wasn't even a waitress but was in fact the counter girl. we were not given the specials. i didn't even know they had specials until i heard a waitress tell another table. the food was HORRIBLE. From the salad to the entree. it was unedible. After we sent everything back they actually still had the nerve to charge us. ridiculous. i feel robbed

The food is tremendous! The atmosphere is just okay as it is very loud in the upstairs area and no way to supress the voices from echoing and making conversation difficult.
This place is perfect for single people, couples, and families (including young children). Certainly, the menu is varied enough to accommodate anyone -- and you may bring your own wine, if you let them know. We had a three-year-old with us, and the staff was totally accepting. I would tell absolutely everyone to go here!

The regular menu is very good as are the dishes. They could use some help with preparing Pizza. Their stuffed pizza lacked any toppings at the entire last third of the pie. Their regular pizza toppings are also sparse. We'll be returning for meals but not pizza.
Waited one hour and 10 min for food by time it came we didn't want to eat. One meal we asked for mild it was hot. One meal we ordered baked ravoli it was not bake. This experience was terrible..last time it was ok. I have one more certificate left may try with just me and husband but will Not go there after that..

Consistently great food
Really high end food for a small town place. Manhattan has nothing on them! Traveled from weekend home in Bushkill through flooded roads closed and many detours- Was well worth the effort. Will absolutely go there again. Staff great, a really nice place!

We visited the restaurant on a Friday evening. I am aware that the wait time is longer on a Friday than it would be on a week day. However, we waited over half hour to get a table and one hour and fifteen minutes to receive our food. We spent over two hours and fifteen minutes at the restaurant. No refills offerred on sodas. The restaurant needs to expand not only the kitchen, but also the dining area to accommodate the clientel. Good food, but I prefer a restaurant that is quicker with service.
Food was very good. Have been there three times. First time ordering dinners. Usually get pizza. Only one complaint. Food was not hot, just warm. Did not want to send back four dinners, so we ate them. Food was good, just needed to be hot.
That night they explained that one waitress called in sick. However it was worth the wait.

We've been going there for pizza often, but this was the first time we ate "in" and had their entrees. WONDERFUL!!!
