Take out place with bar and some tables. Staff very NICE! Food very good and quick.

We had been to the Novi Black Rock for our anniversary years ago and the steak had splattered grease in our nice dress clothes so we weren’t going to go back. But we were invited for a night out with friends to the Hartland Black Rock. We had a 40 minute wait for a party of 7 which was our own fault for not making reservations. Our server was perfect! She was helpful, friendly and always had our drinks full. There were a few brown pieces of lettuce in my salad but otherwise food was delicious, no grease splatters and staff was great! I would highly recommend.

The meal was very good. The service of the front staff left something to be desired - especially the manager on duty. She was loud and unprofessional.
