We were greeted by three people, one person to sit us, one person that brought us waters, and one person to take our order. There was not one person to ask us how our food or if we needed more water once the order was taken. The Juevos Rancheros were below average and my fries were soggy with the fish and chips. Not to mention we were without drinks our whole visit.

Jus Gus is the hidden gem for Dinner food. It has been our secret spot for over 5 years and the quality of food and service has never let us down. Beware of the Sunday Church rush followed by the Second wave of those needing diner food to absorb late nigh shenanigans. Their cinnamon rolls and cup of fresh brewed coffee has been known to save marriages and friendships. Never tried the second location but if it’s half as good as the original one, youd be a fool to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The service was prompt, friendly and accurate. All our meals at Jus Grill have been tasty and nicely presented. The first time we dined there was because of the restaurant.com certificate but we were impressed that evening and since then, we have returned many times. We highly recommend dining there. One more thing: they appreciate our Veterans by honoring them with a discount and that is very much appreciated.

We were pleasantly surprised. Employees are friendly, the food tasted great, and the price was really good. The portions size were large and we couldn't believe all of the choices: American, Mexican, seafood, and breakfast is available all day! We'll definitely be back!!

We like the family atmosphere. On this visit, our server ignored us after she brought the food. When we needed something, we waited quite a while to catch her attention, and finally had to get up and find someone to bring a side of ranch dressing. She only refilled our water because we asked her to, and never did ask if we needed anything. She did not smile when serving us, and didn't seem to enjoy her job.

The Waite staff forgot that the customer is always right. Asking for a substitute of bacon - nope cannot do it. The staff was rude - threw our bill on the table . I did not like the seating arrangement. they put a small table and a larger table together and said that is the way they always do it but another group came in and they put two large tables together as I have seen them do numerous times in the past. We requested seating in the other part of the restaurant where they could have put the tables together but they seated close to the kitchen anyway. it is uncomfortable having the staff cart food around us and over our head. I had out of town guest and they like the food but was not impressed with the seating or being lied to about putting tables together. It was most embarrassing for me as I bragged about how great this place was. This visit I was very disappointed.

Our server was efficient, friendly, and never hovered. Our food was absolutely perfect and delicious, including the side of bacon I added later. Most restaurants can't be bothered to cook bacon "crisp and dry", even when I specifically request it. Within only a few minutes, I was given four bacon strips cooked to absolute perfection. We will definitely return to Jus Grill.

Our burgers were very good. Cooked well and great taste. The servers were attentive and pleasant. The meals being served looked and smelled good, as well. Heard other patrons complimenting the food!!!

It was at the rush dinner hour and they were getting full fast. There seemed to be more people than servers, which happens at that time. The fact they expanded into another serving area next door shows they are popular, and for good reason. I enjoy the soups, and salads, the mark of a good place in my mind. Mexican choices are our favorites, but have enjoyed american dishes too

We received our food fast even with a full restaurant.Staff was very attentive. The restaurant was clean and staff kept up with cleaning tables and taking empty plates.We all ordered hamburgers, and they were good for the price paid. If you are looking for food on a budget, this is the place.

Chili rellenos were pretty good. Burrito was huge but very bland. The guacamole was terrible! Looked like the breakfast or the sandwiches might have been a better choice. Service was poor, servers seemed more interested in each other than the customers.

The food was good. The wings were great, crispy and nice buffalo tang. The steak was not the best I ever had but for that cheap of a price, I would not rule out getting a another steak next time. Plus you got a lot of extra sides. You got a good value for the price. There are so many options to satisfy everyone's tastes. You can order a bunch of different items and not break the bank. Food was served lightning quick. Only negative was my cup of Chili was forgotten. Heck, I forgot too because it came with so many other sides! They gave me a cup to go though. We live south of Denver but we are planning on returning and I will get those crispy wings again!

I had purchased the $10 gift certificate. I would received $10 off of my bill if I spent $20. Our bill was $20.16 without taxes. They only took off $9.20 off my bill. When I asked why, they could not give me answer. I "spanish" speaking cashier gave me some kind of explanation about the register is the one that decides the amount of the discount. What? Needless to say I was very disappointed that the gift certificate was not fully used and that a cash register was the one that decided my discount.

It is like the old neighborhood cafe, where they know you after the first time, and have your drink preferences memorized etc! Patrons stay after and chat with the staff and others. Mexican food is better than most in the area. Menu has something for everyone and most budgets. People working there really like what they do & it shows! THANKS

The food was great i had asked what they would eat for the first time. She had said anything with green chilie being that i was spanish and live in southeastern Colorado i love green chile so i tried it. The steak burrito very large potion and was worth it after our coupon 4 of us only had to pay 18$ I really recommend this place will be back next time I'm in Denver.

Cannot believe we have two small complaints. The mashed tatos were way to thin. Could not tell where the tatos started and the gravy ended. Also my son said the onions in his Fajitas were no done enough. Really small items, but need to mention. Do not want our favorite place to go downhill.
