The food was cold and the service was even worse. Our waitress had zero personality and never came back to ask us if we were ok.

Surprise charge for water (.65 each) took one hour ten minutes to get food-two customers in the restaurant. I chose not to tip for above reasons (and the waitress never communicating with us during the hour plus wait) so the manager cussed me out in front of my three year old and six year old daughters. Obvious why the restaurant had so few customers for two hours on a Sunday lunch...he is to blame imo.
