There was a problem with the certificate but the manager is going to take care of ut and give us cash back.

My certificate said used, guy said work with it while he waited on others. It came up to validate and I did. Then he rudely didn't take even though it was obvious same date I am standing there that it says redeemed. Treated basically like a liar, pay and shut up.
