Great atmosphere, great food
Our waitress was awesome and gave my husband one of her favorites and he really enjoyed it.

It was a beautiful Saturday with live music starting at 1pm. My 2 yr old loved it. Food was quick and tasty. even the kid shrimp was not too shabby. Their fries are amazing. The only thing I didn't like was people smoking at tables.
The quality of the food was much better than expected, since it was our first time there.

Our Servers name was William and he did an Amazing Job.! Kept our drinks full and even with performances made sure everything was fresh and hot!!

Great Food and Service, Prices Are Completely Outrageous, It cost me $150 to get out of the place to feed my family of 4. Watch your Bill very closely we were charged for 2 drinks we didn't have and charged full price for appetizers that should have been half priced. We WON'T Be Back.

It took an hour and 15 minutes before the food came out. We weren't notified that it would take so long "because they had new staff & were behind orders" i'm till we ask between manager.

The boiled crawfish were advertised on Swamp Shack's website as 4.99/lb, (5 lbs. min.), however when we ordered 6 lbs., outr waiter informed us that it would be 5.99 per pins due to it being a holiday (Good Friday). Our waiter then had to get the manager' to intervene, who insisted that it would be 5.99 per pound. I then showed him on my smart phone that swamp shack was advertising $4.99/lb (with no disclaimer of "except for holidays") and he ended up honoring my adimenticity. In the mean time, I'm thinking "seriously???????, pick your freakin battles did......$6 or customer service/re-future visits???? I did however end up tipping our awesome waiter 22% (not including the $10 restaurant.com discount). Man....restauramt managers these days!!!!

The fried fish, shrimp, fries, and salad were delicious! The gumbo was no where close to what a true Cajun , (as myself) who lives in Louisiana in the heart of Cajun Country, would even begin to call Gumbo! Please do not call that Gumbo! Except for the gumbo, the food was definitely worth the visit.

we bought a special they offered on a seafood platter. The crawfish was average at best and the shrimp was fishy. Overall the food wasn't up to par. The server made the whole experience at least doable. Not sure I would ever go back.

Several people stopped to greet us when we got in and the food arrived promptly and it tasted phenomenally.
The food was great and the service was excellent.It may sound dumb, but the only thing we complained about was how fast the food came out. We ordered an appetizer and a couple of the meals came with a salad. Before we could even try any of the appetizer or get half way through the salad they already had the main course out. By time we was able to finish our salads and eat some of the appetizer our food was already getting cold.
Food was good and the discount made it affordable.
We eat seafood all over the country in our rv travels...but NEVER had as good gumbo as we ate here!! DELISH! Plus, service was great!!
