This was a special occasion, my step daughters birthday. She and her mother are lactose intolerant. She had asked me to make her a special Tiramisu cake that was dairy free. I checked with the restaurant to see if it would be ok to bring the cake. They said sure no problem. They kept the cake in the back till time for dessert and let us eat the cake there. I truly appreciate them allowing me to bring our own dessert.
