First time having a breakfast omelet without toast, available for $4 additional charge
It took forever to get our drink. The service was very slow and yet we were the only ones there on a Sat. night!!!
The experience was very good. Rated as good in light of the price increases from the menu prices on Restaurant.com. The price increase made the restaurant price like a "fine dining" restaurant. Also, the entrees were a la carte, again like a fine dining restaurant. The atmosphere does not parallel that level of fine dining. It was pleasant but not fine dining. On previous occasions a dinner salad was included with the entree. Regarding the food, the portions were excellent for most dishes. The calamari portion was large. The same for the soup. All meals were exceptionally tasty. The waitstaff was appropriately attentive and provided a high quality of service.

The menu on line was big but at the restaurantVERY small I made reservations for 430 and the place didn't open till 5 . Why didn't it say that on the website? When I called the front desk they connected me to the restaurant and there was never any answer

We used to love coming here. The food was always good and plentiful. Last night, the service was very slow. We sat for ten minutes before being acknowledged. The bartender appeared to purposely be ignoring us. Our server informed us that she was the only one on duty and had to cover room service, as well. Although Ciazza has been remodeled, the menu has been reduced to limited choices. There used to be a dinner and bar menu. We will have to think twice about returning to Ciazza. A disappointing experience!
Restaurant is old, kind of run down and not entirely clean. Food was ok, not great. Server was outstanding, very friendly and kept checking on us. Made up for the food and appearance.

We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary and went to lunch on a Friday. The food was slow to arrive at the table, but we enjoyed our casual and relaxing lunch. The food was absolutely delicious and our server Zdena was courteous and attentive. I would go back! The restaurant is a medium size open area near the bar/coffee bar & lobby

I have previously enjoyed the food at Rosa's. Have they ever gone downhill. Cook seems to like to fry everything dark, dark brown instead of golden brown. Doesn't look very appetizing! I will not be returning. Additionally, waitress didn't even know what an over easy egg was!

Not a busy place, quite empty for a Saturday evening; but yet the service was slow. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it for any situation.
We had water glasses on the table that never got filled until much later and only because we asked. We never received any bread before or during dinner (even though we ordered full entrees) - again we had to ask for it. Both meals had overwhelming amounts of garlic and very little taste or appeal.
We were seated immediately in a booth of our choice and our Waitress was extremely cordial and attentive. We could not have asked for a better service.
Their shrimp appetizer is awesome! They have great food, great service and it is a nice little restaurant to get away from the typical noisy Friday/Saturday nights with long wait times.

The décor needs to be updated. Also, the menu should include nightly specials. However, the staff is so accommodating, they will prepare a meal to suite your individual tastes. So you can actually create your own dinner special based on the menu they have. Enrique, the bartender, also serves dinner. He works above and beyond the call of duty. He is the best!
filets were done perfectly, along with the asparagus. Crab cakes were fair. Vivian was our waitress and she was great, pacing things slowly as we were out for a leisurely dinner. She was very friendly.

Food great - service questionable. Everyone was great until payment. Some kind of problem with computer or something, but we waited for 20-30 minutes before anyone even let us know what was going on. Then we still had to make a couple phone calls to followup with charges/credits attempted. Rather frustrating.
Overall, a nice experience. A limited menu selection but what they did have looked great. Salmon,filet, and ribs were our choices and delicious.The only ding, and it is small, came from our server. She could have been a bit more responsive given the fact that the restaurant was near empty.Mood music would have been nice too.A high end dining experience at a Marriott? Yes!

There were only 2 other people in the place. The service was very good. However the food was a place I wouldn't return to.
The wine list online was different than the wine list at the restaurant. We were charged improperly on our credit card, even after we brought it to our server's attention. It was not corrected the next day when we called our bank, and the manager of the restaurant never returned our call after we left a message. Also, the salads were wilted and the crème brulee was old and rubbery.

Ciazza always exceed my expectations every time I go!! The manager Steve Green is such an awesome guy! He make sure your dining experience is excellent, relaxing, and above what you expect. This will always be my go to place!

Very nice atmosphere and service was excellent. We were there for breakfast and on a scale of 1 to 10 - 10 being the highest the quality of the food was a 1 and the taste was also a 1. One of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. Had eggs benedict and the sauce was aweful - the hash browns had no flavor at all, and the OJ was nothing special. My guest said she liked her breakfast, but I think she was just being polite since she left most of it on her plate.

This restaurant is typical for a smaller hotel. Suitable for any meal but if you are looking for a special environment, it is not. The food was excellent. We were one of two parties the entire time we dined which made it quiet. The decor was casual. The lighting was what you would expect at a Denny's
It was exceptionally relaxing, and the food was delicious. Our server, Vivian, was just a doll....very attentive, but never intrusive. We spend over 2 hours at the restaurant and had a wonderful time.

The facility was nice inside Marriott. The service was not what I expected. I didn't think the waitress was that knowledgable and certainly did not know what to do when we pointed out some inconsistencies.

Great food and quality service
Entrees were fine. Leading up to the entrees were stale bread followed by frozen bread all with margarine. Wine was horrible. Merlot was ordered. What was received tasted like the cheapest old red wine available.The few times we have been to the restaurant the room is always empty. The hotel should probably change the offerings to just bar food and close the restaurant. The product served hurts the Marriott chain.
I sent this in a few hours ago but now I was thinking about things again? The menu was quite limited--everything, including appetizers and salads was on one sheet . We ordered the steak with blue cheese dinner entrée----and that's what I am thinking about right now--that is all that came!!! A steak on a plate with nothing else! Other than the blue cheese and a little bit of arugula that the steak was sitting on top of?? No potato, no rice? The more I thought about it today, the more I think that is very odd?
This is the 3rd time we have been there--the first 2 times, we were the only ones in the restaurant. this time, there was ne other table besides us, and a group just gathered there before they went on tho someplace else.....

It was a beautiful day. My wife wanted to go somewhere nice to eat alfresco - overlooking some water. Found the Ciazza Grill. The menu was a bit limited but our selections were delicious and ample. "Mo" our waitress, as aspiring actress, was very attentive. We will return . . . on another nice day.

SERVICE WAS GOOD WITH ONLY 2 OTHER COUPLES IN THE RESTAURANT. SHRIMP TEMPURA APPETIZERWAS AS OTHER REVIEWERS SAID SOFT AND SOGGY.RIGATONI WAS EXCELLENT AND PLENTIFUL. SHORT RIBS WERE PERFECT. BREAD PUDDING BITES #1!!!

Overall taste of food- not that great or very ordinary.Dinner rolls, sandwich buns: poor quality.Ceasar salad(dressing not authentic). Creativity and taste improvements could go a long way.

We had to eat in the bar area since the restaurant didn"t open on time. We got to the hotel on a Sunday afternoon about 3:30 to find out it wasn't open until 5 PM so we sat in the bar and had a drink. At 5:20 it still wasn't open so we talked to James the bartender and he said he didn't know why but he would take our order and serve us. He went way above to make our almost 2 hour wait enjoyable.
Server did not ask us if we wanted drinks before ordering our meal. Entre salad was not very large and not many schrimp. Why wasn't there any other patrons in the restaurant?
We were 1 of only two tables being served food and the 8 people around bar were obnoxious. Waiter seemed very anxious for us to finish and leave. Must of had a special date with his boyfriend and needed to get going

Service could of been more attentive since we were the only one in the restaurant. The Water waiter was nice but the female waitress need to come ans see how everything was after the food arrived and refill coffee without the need to ask.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and checked out which restaurants were close and part of the restaurant.com program.

The restaurant was not very busy and the servers hovered a bit too much. We were brought the wrong bottle of wine; this was corrected. We had 2 different entrees, fish and pasta, each was good. The house salad was the best as were the onion rolls.
Too many foods are deep-fried. No free wifi. Drinks are too expensive.
