The food is always delicious! The waitress was nice and attentive. My suggestion would be if they can paint the wall behind the register. We invited friends that had never been and the ripped wall and missing paint was an eyesore when we all walked in.

Total experience was very good. Our server Mikelle was very attentive and worked very hard to make our experience enjoyable. One issue that could have been improved upon was main meal came out too early before we were finished with our appetizer and soup and salad. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

3 days after Horrible Harvey hurricane, we sooo glad to see Chatters open. We received great service from Jalyssa and food exceeded expectations...we had Beef/Chicken kabobs with extra side of favorite...corn pudding; pasta Genovese and Salmon with mixed veggies. Every thing was delicious!

So I was here for my birthday dinner last Sunday, bad service, cold food and long waits...I want to thank everyone who put up with this and more for little old me and my birthday. We came at a dead time for the restaurant, had a change of three different servers for less than 10 people, my friend Isaac Eubanks Jr. had to wait 30min for a glass of tap water AFTER I had to go and remind someone to prebus our table. Had to ask them to refrigerate my two cakes I brought (after making a birthday reservation 2 days prior), had orders come out incorrectly, my friend Meshon Bonner was argued with in front of me about the check after she had to prebus our table herself, and then had them deliver the check to me (the birthday boy). Thankfully my guests made this HORRIBLE experience as enjoyable as possible.

This place has a little bit of everything and everything I have tried is excellent. The prices are very reasonable. 2 people can eat an appetizer, entrees, and have one alcoholic drink each for about $50, which is the minimum amount you have to spend to use the $25 certificate. My wife and I have been back 5 or 6 times now.

Its only our second time to go to Chatters, but I LOVE this restaurant. It feels like home. The food is fabulous. And the waitstaff are so attentive and friendly. We needed to be finished in time for the Symphony, and our waiter went the extra mile for us. We'll be back.

Went on Wed about 7:45PM. No Fish of the day other than probably FARM raised tilapia. One of my favorite dishes, Pork Chops, were a bit off tonight...they were thinner than usual and quite dry, in spite of the tasty Peach Chutney. Hummus appetizer was tooo runny. Otherwise, okay, this time.

I'm afraid we were disappointed with the service. Some of it was attributable to the staffing (the waitress said she was overloaded), and some with the waitress--who just was off. When she brought some pita (two halves in a basket), I told her we needed more. She acknowledged this and then dropped the ball. She didn't notice empty glasses needing refills. It took almost 1/2 an hour from our arrival before she was able to take our order (lucky the theater is around the corner and we had an hour and a half to eat). She did stop by to acknowledge we were waiting and say she needed to run a credit card for another table; still . . .The food was--for the most part-- very good. The French omelette, excellent. The chicken salad and Cobb salad, also very good. My Thai salad was wanting--no herbs (as we expect from eating in Thai restaurants), fairly bland dressing, and smallish shrimp.We rate the quality as between good and excellent, but you have no such choice--so below shows "good."We eat out 5 or more times per week.

Greeting immediately upon walking in the door!Waitress was super nice and attentive! She explained several things on the menu and was very knowledgeable about specific dishes (e.g., we asked if the dressing was spicy, she said it was not). Overall experience was excellent. Only suggestion might be to have waiter come out and check with us to see if we needed drinks refilled after we had all ready paid the bill. We still sat and talked for about 15 minutes, and would have appreciated a refill on one of the iced teas.

Very good prices and tasty food. The "tea and water" staff person came around several times during the time spent at the table. Clean and well lit with natural sun (lunch). Staff was very polite. In fact, for some unknow reason, the waiter thought his service was slow so he provided a free appitizer. It was not slow service at all. The group was enjoying a leisure lunch.

We arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes prior to it opening (about 9:50 on a Sunday morning) and expected to have to wait outside until it opened. Instead, we were told we could go inside. Once inside, I figured the staff would give us weird looks as we were intruding on their time. Instead, again, they were very pleasant in welcoming us and showing us to our seats. We were waiting for 2 more in our party of 6 and they let us be leisurely in ordering. Very friendly and accommodating.

We were extremely pleased with the entrees - prices, generous portions, and Delicious. We each had something different - pizza, chicken, Thai shrimp salad and I had the tilapia. It was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection with a light crust - served over pasta mixed with spinach... YUM!!! We shared a warm basket of pita - mmmmm.Our waiter was fun and honest. Quite refreshing.Afterward we went to the Grove, the club behind the restaurant. Very nice place to hang with friends.

We told our server that we were on a 1 hour lunch, and she worked with us in getting in and out quickly. My 2 guests were first time visitors and they said they would definitely come back for the great food and atmosphere. I wish I remembered my server's name, because she deserves recongition. Service was attentive but it too an incredibly long time to be served the entrees. We were going to the the theater after dinner and were getting anxious about finishing our meal in a timely manner. However, we think it was due to some large to go order being prepared from what we could tell.
