The food and service were excellent. However, when we went to use the coupon (which has no expiration date and no limitations of when it can be used), the server wasn't going to honor it until we explained multiple times that there were no restrictions... She was visibly scared of taking it to the owner to check. The owner honored it, but it wasn't exactly a comfortable way to end an exceptional meal. I'm less inclined to go back now...

The gravy on the hot roast beef sandwich was so salty as to be inedible. The roast beef was sliced deli roast beef, not prepared there. The salad was decent and the french fries were OK. The home made blueberry cake over ice cream was wonderful! The only reason I rated it above a "2" was our server was excellent, and she made the blueberry dessert.
