ALL THE WAITERS AND WAISTRESS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.FOOD WAS SO VERY GOOD. INSIDE WAS CLEAN AND SUNNY.
The waiter we got probably didn’t have enough experience but I like the atmosphere and there was another waitress that helped us even though it wasn’t her table.
The food was delicious and Chris, the very nice server went above and beyond. You guys are fortunate to have such an attentive and enthusiastic young man working for you guys.

The service honestly was the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant not to mention they brought us out the wrong food not what we ordered I had to re order a hamburger I was given the option how I wanted the Burger I said well done they brought it out to me wrong I had to send it back Their customer service was horrible when I went till rewarder because he brought me the wrong food the waiter disappeared literally for a 10 minute I had to get-up-and-go ask for food
We had breakfast. It tasted fresh, and we enjoyed our meal. Service was good also.
Breakfast was good, home fries were lil old, but waitress exchanged them for fresh home fries, breakfast became great !!
Great food, and service. This restaurant has been around for years. I used to visit the one in Toluca Lake, Burbank area. It was the original Bob's Big Boy, with roller-skating waitress outside in the car hop. It brings back the good old days. Thank you, Bob's!
The food we ordered tasted very fresh, and it was enjoyable. Our server was the best that anyone could ever expect! She was happy to be at Bob's Big Boy, and she enjoyed her job.

We came in late in the evening but were still given excellent service. Able to use the restaurant.com discount easily at location.

My burger was burned!! And I don't like returning food when I'm out of the restaurant so I'll just ate what wasn't burnt

Seated quickly, great service. We ordered the steak medium and it was a little rare, we sent it back and came back great.
There service is so amazing! The waitress are always so happy to help the food is amazing too! And beyond friendly with children!
