2 kids working in the whole place. Drive through window, counter customer and make the orders too! Felt so sorry for them, theycouldnt keep up with all the business.

They left a sign saying they would be closed for 30 mins due to electrical issues. So we waited in the car, and went in when the lights turned on. The register at the front wasn’t working, but the drive thru one was. The worker started taking two drive through orders even though I had been waiting their the whole time. Then, I told them to ring me up at the drive thru that computer went out. Instead of them just making my order. I had to just wait until I told them I had cash.?We didn’t end up eating until over an hour wait.

I went through the drive thru and there were literally no cars in the line. Therefore, I ordered and went straight to the front. I had an order of 5 snow cones for my family and I. As indicated on my receipt, I paid at 8:33pm and I sat at the window and didn't receive all my snow cones until 8:57pm. It was unbelievable! After the first 15 minutes, I had to get the cashier's attention because I saw three of my snow cones just sitting there in a cup holder, and I know they were melting. Therefore, I asked him if he could go ahead and give me those three so I could start eating mine. He did that. However, I was alone in the car and my family wasn't with me. As a result, the snow cones were melting as I continued to wait. Finally, I received them. I went home and my family complained about the snow cones being melted. When I got home, they also brought to my attention that one of the snow cones were not the right size. I ordered 4 large and 1 regular. I received 3 large and 2 regular. I think I was so ready to leave after waiting in line for almost 30 minutes that I didn't even double check that my order was the correct size. I was also upset because there were only maybe two families inside, and they were sitting down eating already so there was no reason for the snow cones to take that long to be made. I was highly unsatisfied with this visit. Once I arrived home, I calmly called the store and let them know they got one of the sizes wrong, and they offered to give one free large snow cone for that mistake. I appreciate the offer but I believe more should be done since my family was upset about their snow cones being melted because of a nearly 30 minute wait.
