Via Napoli serves by far the most authentic Italian food in the area. Their eggplant is one of the best anywhere.

I have visited this restaurant several times over the past decade and the food is delicious. However, the place was relatively empty tonight and it took over two hours to be served. I am aware that they were training some new workers, but this is also a reflection of the food preparers, not just the servers. We asked what they hold up was and no one seemed to have an explanation. I really enjoy the food, but I am considering take out the next time as that is just too long to eat a basic meal.
The food is always excellent. The service is also excellent. Everyone is always very friendly and it is always great service. We have tried a lot of different meals and they were all very good. You get a great portion of food.
We both had chicken franchaise, you really ought to upgrade the chicken you are buying. I like coming here, and I knew better then to get the chicken, but I love chicken and wanted chicken franchaise. Your chicken is always tough. And I usually want chicken franchaise or chicken parm, which actually stops me from coming here as much as i would.

Great food, good service. Very cute little place to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary! We brought our own wine. My husband enjoyed the salmon and pasta. My Eggplant was very good. We will be back.

We always had great service and food at this restaurant, but this time I was unhappy with my food as the eggplant was tough. I asked the waitress and she explained that it was a cook in training. My husband was also not as happy with his meal as he usually is.

We were seated in the corner of the restaurant and it was very dark and cold air was blowing on me I did make reservation so it wasn't like I just walked in

We are regular customers during the summer and less frequently during the winter because we livd about 90 mins from Via Napoli. We have brought friends & family & everyone has been pleased with the food snd ambience. The ambience is cozy. We are picky foodies and the food is consistently tasty. The portions are large-usually have take-home bags! The prices are reasonable for the amount of food.

Via Napoli is a “ diamond in the rough”- casual pizzeria/restaurant that delivers like a more upscale venue. Since we found this excellent restaurant in February 2018, we have been enjoying visiting as often ss possible since we donot reside locally. The quality of the food has been consistently fresh and flavorful offering large portions. Highly recommend Via Napoli- you will be pleasantly surprised! ??????

It took 15 minutes for someone to initially come to the table. When we got our drinks, It took another 10 minutes to get straws. The bread with the sauce in it came out ice cold. We returned it and got another bread which was cold again. Third time was a charm with the last attempt of hot bread. My veal was supposed to come out with white wine sauce but came out with wine sauce and marinara mixed. It was horrible tasting overall. The wait staff didn't seem to care.This was the first time we have ever had such a horrible experience there. The restaurant wasn't even busy and has plenty of staff on the floor.

This is the first sub 5 score I've had to give on this place. The waitress lost our reservation and was not nice until I spoke to the Manager and he fixed everything. However we still had to wait over an hour to be seated and someone else who had no reservation was seated before us. Then the waitress tried to seat us at tiny table that is only good for one person. This happened the last time I was here also but I said nothing - thought it was a fluke. Now I think it's because the regular waitresses aren't there on the weekend. The food and management were great.

This was our second visit to Via Napoli. The food is excellent. We had a restaurant.com coupon. We started with the appy calamari fritti w/red sauce. It was crispy, but not oily. The sauce was deliciously spicy. The spicy shrimp with extra spicy sauce was so good that you had to dip your bread.! My husband’s entree of chicken marsala/side of penne was excellent. My entree was a special of chicken with eggplant parm was a great combo if you can’t decide between chicken & eggplant parm. The side of penne with the extra spicy red sauce(“gravy”) was so delish. We have plenty of left-overs due to the ame portions snd the over/indulgence of bread & appy’s. In addition, you are offered delicious rolls and pizza bread to start! I would highly recommend Via Napoli.??

Have been here many times and love the food and the service is top notch. This time is THE first time both was off. Walked in to just one table with people and we sat for over 10 minutes BEFORE a server arrived. She was very pleasant but menu's came late, drinks came late, I had to ask for a plate and silver, rolls were burned on the bottom, butter for rolls was frozen, bread with sauce was like warm, soup fro also just warm, my chicken had crisp burned edges covered with red sauce, my cheesecake looked wonderful but was room temperature. Don't get me wrong the server was very nice just vacant, her helper was very attending to us. If this was my first time here it would be my last. Sorry guys this afternoon you missed the mark.

Because of several health issues, our group has not been here for 5 or 6 months. It was our go to place every 3 to 4 weeks for years. We had a reservation for 630 that they has in for 8 p. We were told 15 minutes and it was 45. Our server was not concerned about a couple of food issues. If this was out first time, we would not be returning. We have always had a great time here but there was a lot lacking last night.
usually eat a dinner, but decided to try their Grandma's Pizza. It was very good. Although I like my grandmas' pizza with some pesto sauce on it, it was still very tasty. There were four of us and we ordered the cold antipasto. It was more for two. They need to add antipasto for 2-3-4 etc and charge according. It was a little thin for $8.95

We have been going to this restaurant since it opened and the food has always been fantastic. But, since last summer, we noticed that it was not as good. Mainly the Chicken Napoli, which was so good that everyone in our party always ordered it, was not as good. The chicken tasted like a frozen chicken cutlet, tough and chewey to eat. The grandmas pie was not as good as it used to be. The sauce changed as well, even the salad was just OK. If it wasn't for the coupon I wouldn't have gone back. They must have changed owners or chefs

First, the food wasn't good at all. The service is extremely slow. They over cooked the salmon, it was well done and dry, when in fact, I asked for rare. When I told them, they said they will give me a new plate, the second one is the same, I think that just brought me the old one back. Then when we shared one dish, they charged us $4.00, but nothing on the menu mention anything about share plate charge as all. When we asked the manager about this, She was really rude, I asked why is not on their menu, she said it is their policy, I said if it is your policy, then it should be on the menu. She argue with us. She totally does not know how to treat customers. We definitely will not go back there.

The food & service were wonderful. Large portions tasty sauces. We had enough to take home for another dinner. Brandi, our great server , suggested the limonciello for dessert ,it was fantastic.
The wai staff were friendly yet tentative at times. The restaurant area was warm and stuffy at the time we arrived but in about 30 minutes it began to cool. My wife and I ordered linguine with white clam sauce. Plenty of chopped clams(seemed like out of a can) and only 2 whole clams. Plenty of linguine which was served very hot(a plus).I had soup which also tasted as if it were a canned condensed soup.

When she sees us, she knows to put a double and sometimes triple order of chicken wings in to start us off! Also, my husband, John, stops in for take out while he's working during the week.

The place was packed with 2 large parties but Brandi & company handled it very well. Service & food were excellent as usual. We again brought two people that had never been to Via Napoli & they loved it. We have some great leftovers for another meal. The fresh made bread was also fantastic. We will be back again soon.

My wife had the eggplant parmesan and I wished I had ordered the same...it was so tasty...and the Polenta was prepared as best as I have ever tasted a polenta. Very authentic Italian.The Building is very nice and pleasantly located over a private hill with great views .....but could use some updating to the interior....like removing the popcorn ceiling and the old advertisement posters of Italy......hanging some beautiful chandeliers would add to the already beautiful building with such beautiful ceilings.....and adding some paintings of Italian landscape instead of the posters..Thank you for a great meal...and great time.

The food was great. It was a little warm in the room. Our server was positioned in the back room where she could not see us, so she wasn't able to see if we needed any more garlic knots, which we wanted more. By the time she made it to us, we figured our food would be coming out soon, so opted not to order more. The sound travels very easily in the room too.

Cheese was mediocre , not much flavor. We might try it again as you seem to have an interesting special for two.

The first time we ate at Via Napoli we were a party of 4 and the food was great! Last night the food was not. The pasta was cooked well, but my veal was not a good cut of meat and it was so salty I was unable to eat it. I ordered the veal sorrentino and the ham was the salty part. My husband had the seafood special and the lobster tail and scallops were over cooked. We had the garlic clams for the appetizer and they were tasty. I will try Via Napoli again, but not order the veal .

Brianna was a great server and her recommendations were excellent. Stuffed mushroom appetizer and the fish dinner was great.

waited more than 1 hour for food-- 3 pats of butter were given to have with our bread-- everyone else in the restaurant got a salad with their entree but for some reason we didn't-- waitress was confused about almost everything
although I have been there several times - the 2 other people that I was with it was their 1st time and they said they would definately go back
Love their food. Veggie wraps are the best. House dressing and shrimp fra Diavlo are our faves. too.
we got 3 different entrees and none of them were very good. The chicken was over cooked and stringy.

Ordered mussels marinara, never received them, they were on bill and we paid for them. Didn't realize it until we got home.
