I've been to many Mexican food eateries, and Santana's beats them. This is the only place I will go for carnitas tacos and burritos. Carnitas are very juicy and tender, chopped, not dry and shredded like some other places. I love their salsa verde, too. The only other place that makes them this way, a long, long time ago, was a Nico's.
