Overall, this place was JUST ok but frankly, for what they charge for food, I would expect MUCH HIGHER QUALITY of food, service and location.
The wait staff was personal and accurate. The good was fresh and plentiful.
We both had fresh whole fish that the waiter was to fillet at the table for us. They missed quite a number of fish bones. So I couldn’t eat the fish.

We eat at Papaspiros on a regular basis and the food is delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to serve. It’s a great place for date night or for dinner with family/friends.
Owner is really nice and George is great! We enjoy ourselves every time we go.
Papaspiros has fantastic food & great customer service. We are regulars, frequenting this restaurant often. We ordered the large peasant salad, skordalia (cold mashed potato dip with tomato, cucumbers, & olives on the side)with fried zucchini, & sesame bread (which is complimentary) as our appetizers, & 3 of us ordered the special which was lamb shanks, that came with a choice of sides; Greek roasted potatoes, rice, sweet peas, or green beans, & the other 2 of us ordered the vegetarian plate. Portions are large & quality of the food is great. I highly recommend anyone to try this restaurant!

The saganaki was quite good, kind of small though. The Mediterranean salad was excelent, the Pinot Grigio wine, smooth and quite pleasant. My friends cleaned-up their pastichio, broiled pork chops, and spanakopita. I wasn't thrilled by their whitefish, which was too fishy. Mind you that one could think that it tasted so because it's a fresh-water fish. However, I had that fish elsewhere, in Greektown, and its taste was delicious. I gather they have some improvement to do here. If you want music, try Sundays evening.

I can't say enough about Papaspiros! Service is impeccable, the food is amazing, the ambiance is elegant but relaxing. Go with your favorite peeps and you don't have to go anywhere else ever! The Restaurant.com coupon is merely a bonus.
George was great! But did not like that a delivery driver walked in and changed all of the channels on the Televisions without asking anyone! Thought it was quite rude!
This was my second time at Papaspiros. My family and I loved it so much the first time that we had to come back! Love the fact that is authentic Greek food, nice atmosphere plus the owner takes the time to greet his customers and definitely made us feel welcome!

The pan fried whitefish special was a large portion and delicious! I tried the grilled brussel sprouts and was pleasantly surprised. Great food and excellent service.
Good menu to pick from at a fair price, and the service was great.
We went around 5:45pm. It was very busy, but we didn't have to wait and were served promptly. The atmosphere was very noisy. Prices were a little high.

They are personal. Fun. Had traditional Greek guitarist playing with great opera singer. Food is delicious and plentiful. They shake your hand when you leave and genuinely appreciate your business.
The service was slow as there was only one waitress who was doing it all. Not sure if someone did not show up for a shift or they only scheduled one person which for lunch time not a smart idea. The food was decent.

We had two different orders of fish, the pan fried perch and the cod basket. Both were considered to be excellent. As well the waitress was efficient, courteous and friendly.
First of all, The bartender is excellent! I ordered a Zombie which is a 70s drink and that was excellent. The food is always fresh and prepared to perfection. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you. I have been patronizing this restaurant for 40 years and have never, ever had a bad experience. If you're in the area, and you love it good Italian food, this is the place you need to go. Believe me, you will not regret it.

Excellent food, top notch attentive service, courteous and informative wait staff. We had not eaten here for years because we live pretty far away, but it was well worth the trip and we plan to return soon.
