Ordered online and was told food would be ready for estimated pick-up at 7:04. Food wasn't ready until 7:26!
I order pizza to be pick up at 6 pm. the pizza was made to early and its was not what I order. When I called to let them know they said there is nothing they could do.
We always enjoy dining at Montecatini. The wait staff is very attentive and spot on. The menu is varied and daily specials are always interesting. Value is very good
The restaurant was packed, full of people celebrating their birthdays, we had a family dinner, it was great.
The environment is extremely noisy and conversation is difficult.
Great food and decorated for Valentine's day. Little noisy.

Delicious food, generous servings,friendly, helpful, thoughtful staff. Got very special and attentive service when my family celebrated my birthday there. Our table was unexpectedly festively decorated, and the chef made the Osso Buco I requested, even though it wasn't one of the daily specials offered that night. It was the best ever, as well as all of the other dishes the family ordered. This restaurant is fabulous!

Great Food & Service
Great food quality and service and atmosphere but the waiter has a weird attitude and action because he checks to see if you left a tip and the amount when he takes the payment and does so before you are finished like he is hard up and in a hurry to collect his tip which we find very rude and annoying because he is constantly at the table and interrupting conversation. Please inform the management as it is the same guy waiter ever time!

Super service and great selection of yummy pizzas. Good atmosphere.
The food was excellent. The menu offered Zabione(sp?) but didn't have strawberries.The waitperson was not very attentive nor did he seem interested in serving us. His description of the Zabione really talked me out of wanting any dessert at all. Cost you money.
