Excellent/attentive service. Bread was hot and tasty- straight out of the oven. Main dishes were very tasty.

It's a slow kitchen, so be prepared for a long meal, but totally worth it. There's no rush in anything; the staff are on top of water refills but never pressure. You have to ask for the check - they're happy to let you sit and luxuriate. The owner will come over and talk for a while. They love to shake hands. True Peruvians. Tremendously talented barkeep.
