food was great, atmosphere was great, service was great
Always good food and service. Always a good experience.
Waiter looked overwhelmed and was forgetting things. We asked that our appetizer come out with our main item and the appetizer was not hot when it arrived.
Food took about 1 hour to be ready. Also, they ran out of a lot of dishea on the menu
Health score was an 83. They cook in the dark. The wings were not fresh and they were so tiny.The place was nasty. Never again.
The food was great. I called in the order and it was ready when I got there.
First of all, it's not restaurant, but a take-out dive in a bad area of town. 2nd, they said 15-20 minutes for 1 salad and 2 fried shrimp dinners. It took 30 minutes and we were their only customers, no other orders called in or people waiting. I've seen an order lika this readied in under 5 minutes.
The food was great. The service not so much. There were maybe 3 people there Waiter talked with staff more than he took care of me. The wonderful young lady from the kitchen seemed more concerned than the waiter. If it matters, it was the manager he spent his time with. Awful customer service. It was just me. After the discount I still paid 25$. Disappointing
