A passion for authentic BBQ is behind everything we do. We source the highest quality meats and trim them up like we’re in a competition. Our Pitmasters get their hickory logs smoldering around 4 a.m., hand-rub them with fresh spices, and slow-cook them to perfection. Grillahz mission is to create the best BBQ the world ever tasted. Grillahz BBQ was a passion of a Black Southerner working construction, and running Juke joints in the 50’s and 60’s. His patrons always knew where to find the best ribs, A backyard vendor with a 55 gallon smoker, cooking it up in the tradition of the deep South. After years of learning all he could about BBQ, he opened the first Grillahz pop-up in 1994.
