The pizza was delicious! We felt very comfortable with the safety of the food and with the care the staff were taking with keeping physical distancing.

The customer service was awful. The female that rang up the pick up order was rude with minimal patience. She first was visibly irritated with staff, then refused to alter our order by a simple modification. Then she lied conveying the order was completed stating the reason for not completing an add on (desert.) the order wasn’t ready for another 9 minutes, to which the all drumsticks chicken order was not all drumsticks. The pizza lacked sauce and the specific location in mission viejo, Ca was not at all as good as Laguna Niguel’s location.

The manager, Nader, was most friendly and accommodating in taking my pizza order by phone in advance and was ready when we arrived. He provided excellent customer service.

The manager, Ray was very curt and unfriendly. I was on my lunch break and ordered a pizza to go and a sandwich to eat there. I said I wanted the sandwich first after he told me they'd be ready at the same time. He made me wait forc20 minutes for a sandwich that only took 3 minutes to make. By that time my lunch was over!

The manager was sitting on TOP of the table having a conversation with someone for at least 15 minutes. Why didn't he sit on the bench? The table was not cleaned after he eventually got up and pizza was placed on the same table! Pizza was very very greasy that we had and the "X-Large" was not so big.

The ingredients on this pizza were very dry. I had the impression that this pizza had not been freshly made but had perhaps been made during the lunch hour and then was kept in the warmer and sold in the evening.

I love Round table and Oggi's pizzas. Oggi's is walking distance to my house so I visit them more often (sorry). I loved the Artisan pizza also. My personal preferences: You may need to improve your chicken wings, I'm comparing yours to Oggi's. Your chicken wings were similar to domino's and pizza hut. A spaghetti/Linguini dish would be helpful on your menu, I have two kids and the only pasta they eat is spaghetti or the infamous macaroni and cheese!
