Marko's Smokin' BBQ is a small town, small operation that strives to produce the best tasting BBQ. Every batch of BBQ is hand crafted with homemade rubs, brines, and sauces, and are cooked with an all REAL wood fire. Some of my favorite woods are oak, hickory, apple, pear and black walnut.
