Winner of the Best Restaurant in Hawaii by USA Today, Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator, the first and only Krug ambassador, truffle centric italian/french/japanese fusion fine dining in Hawaii. Chef has been trained under the best chef in Japan, Mr.Kanda who keeps 3 stars Michelin for the whole time Michelin has been published in Japan. We opened our door in Tokyo in 2014 and became known as the best place for truffle and old world wine, now open in Hawaii. Truffles range from Italian Alba white to French Perigord Black, Australian Tasmanian Black by season. For anyone who wants the best food, best wine, fresh truffle in Hawaii!!
