Never came by to ask if we needed anything else not even refill our water. We had to ask for containers to go.

Considering that space is limited there needs to be less employees standing around. That way there is room for the waitstaff to get through, which would hopefully help service be more efficient

It's self-seating. The service was efficient, and the staff was very nice. I have no complaints! The food was amazing. My partner and I shared a steak jibarito and bistec en salsa. I recommend both.

The aromas won us over the moment we walked in. We waited less than 15 minutes on a weekend night at dinner time. The food, service, and atmosphere were wonderful. Generous portions, well prepared and presented, scrumptious taste. We ordered a little more to take some home with us for the next day. We highly recommend La Bomba

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our server did not speak English but made ever effort to get a translator. The food was delicious.

Tried a couple of items I have never had and was very happy more food than I could eat, rest for lunch tomorrow. Only thing I did not like was,they served the jibahita on paper on a plate that made it hard to eat.

While the soup should have been hotter, the flavor was good and there was a good amount of chicken. The steak was great. Had to ask for ice for warm cans of pop. Want to try more options. 2 choices I wanted were not available.

It was a Friday at noon and the place was busy. Still, the staff managed to prep 6 jibaritos, 2 entrees, and 6 frituras in a very short time. They were friendly (fast & friendly is a win-win), and even accepted my certificate--because I had a large order (they are only accepting dine-in certs at this time)! Will be returning soon!

The food wasn't great or bad. Was ok. The front cashier who took the order was talking too fast and would ask questions vs letting us order our food. At the end it confused us if we ordered right.

Love this place...definitely authentic Puerto Rican food available here. A must visit whenever I am in town. I live in Ohio...no Puerto Rican restaurants close to me here.

Service was not good, they didn't bring water to the table after I asked twice. They had no forks, knives or spoons at the table I also had to request these items. The food had a lot of fat I could not enjoy it I was picking out a lot of fat and so was my husband. We order a Jibarito and mofongo with carne frita. Was expecting more out of this restaurant.
