Not as many options of frozen yogurt/toppings as I expected
The staff was very efficient and friendly. My order was completed within a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

They were quick to honor the coupon and very accommodating to help us reach the coupon limit.

There was really nothing special about Frozen Berry. First off, it's in the middle of a college campus which made it extremely hard to find parking. Then when I finally went inside, they only had 6 flavors of frozen yogurt. Most places have 12-16. It was a bit disappointing.

The service is always very friendly and professional. The place is incredibly neat and clean, and the yogurt is delicious. I tried a chef salad today that was also very good and freshly made.

The worker at the register (the only person I saw there) seemed flustered and overwhelmed. And I was amazed at how much I paid for 3 of us to eat lunch there. I wished that I had thought faster on my feet and I could have used a larger restaurant.com certificate.
