The service was friendly and efficient, the food was very delicious and the process were reasonable. Highly recommend BJ country kitchen.

Even when busy the staff are friendly and have a smile on their face
The staff was friendly and cheerful, and the manager even told some jokes. The food was prepared correctly and quickly, even if it was rather ordinary tasting food. I would come here again simply because of the great employees and very fair prices.

Staff made me some eggs Benedict which were not on the menu. They went above and beyond to satisfy my craving and I tipped them well.
Would have liked more refills and I was having a hard time getting the young lady who seemed to be greeting/bussing. She should be more alert to those around her.

Customer service was good, but i was extremely upset about the steak and eggs I had.....steak was microwaved before placing it on grill, it had a horrible taste.

Our server was very attentive and provided excellent customer service and advice on the menu items. The Blueberry Pancake Combo special was very good. The highlight was the potatoes with bell pepper and onion.

BJ's is one of my go to places when I visit my Mom in Fresno. Been going for years. I wanted something not on the menu and they made it for me and it was very reasonable priced. It is also great or solo diners as my mom stops there at least once a month when she grocery shops.

I had hash, eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy,and coffee, for a late breakfast. It was cooked to perfection, and the waitress for very helpful in my order, in that the eggs were cooked exactly as I had ordered them. Also a bottomless cup of coffee. Great service.

The service was great. The staff enjoyed waiting on us and it made it a very relaxing breakfest. The manager was great and I loved the biscuits & gravy along with the strawberry jelly! I'm so glad we tried them. Definitely will go again!

Love eating here for the biscuits and gravy and Chili Verde Omelets. Disappointed this time as there were o chunks of pork in the chili verde as it usually has. Told waiter and he said they ground it up small. Feel like they were skimping.

We had not been to B.Js for a long time--basically because I felt the omelets, which is what I normally order, were obviously overloaded with fat and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised with what I ordered today--an ortega chile and jack cheese omelet. It was very good1
My Neutral score is due to the service. Our waitress only came back to the table to drop off our check and ask if we needed anything else. Before that we had seen her when she dropped off our food.

food was mediocre and over priced compared to other similar restaurants in the area. service was absolutly poor. wife asked me to taste her coffe and i did. waitress saw me take the drink and charged me for a coffee because she said i took a drink from my wifes coffee. that was absurd i took one drink and when i asked her to take it off she acted like i was trying to steal something . REALLY. I will never eat here again.

I ordered two dishes and one extra plate to split the food between my 3 kids they brought the food evenly split for three kids on three plates that was awesome!

The seat coverings are in need of changing. They look dirty. Everything else was great.
My toast was burnt, but our waitress was great about getting it replaced. The table salsa was a little too chunky to spoon out in portions. The server who took our drink order had a tendency to mumble and it was hard to hear him. But we like eating here for the friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and country music.

Had a roast beef & green chili sandwhich, which was really good. However, it was the server who really made the whole experience great - warm, friendly, very welcoming. The service was absolutely great and that always enhances the meal. We WILL be back!
